Coach working with a children's soccer team

You only need a Working with Children (WWC) Check if you are working with or caring for children and are not exempt. To check if the activity you or your workers are doing is child-related work go to 'Do I need a Check' or 'Do my workers need a Check?'

You can now fill in your WWC Check application online. After you fill in your details, print out your Application Summary and take it to Australia Post with your proof of identity documents, a passport size photo and the fee if required.

Confirm the status of a Working with Children Check card or the progress of an application. A brief message will appear advising of the status of the application or WWC Check card.

It is essential that you always keep your details up to date. You must advise the department within 21 days if your details change.
